摘要
随着快速成型(Rapid prototyping,RP)技术的发展,FDM快速成型已不仅用于制作原型,而是直接制造模具的母模与零件或部件的最终产品,如石蜡型、塑料原型、陶瓷零件,其中石蜡型零件用于精密铸造。针对FDM快速成型制品精度的影响参数展开研究,在成型设备硬件不变的情况下,通过试验优化主要工艺参数,试验设计了9个长方体试件,使用游标卡尺分别测量其长、宽、高方向的尺寸,得出平均尺寸误差,并对试验数据进行多因素方差分析处理,根据结果来合理地设定工艺参数。
With the rapid prototyping(Rapid prototyping RP)technology,FDM rapid prototyping has been used not only to make the final product prototype,but directly manufacturing mold mold and parts or components,such as paraffin, plastic prototypes,ceramic parts,including paraffin type parts for precision casting. Study on the effect of FDM rapid prototyping and product precision parameters unchanged in the case of hardware equipment,by optimizing the main parameters of test,test design of 9 rectangular specimens,using vernier caliper was used to measure the length,width and height of the direction of the size,the average size of the error,and the test data processing multivariate analysis of variance,according to the results of a reasonable set of process parameters.
