摘要
电力功率器件IGBT的并联应用是提高功率变换器电流处理能力的重要手段,IGBT并联支路均流与否是直接影响其实际工程应用关键性问题。从IGBT模块自身特性、驱动电路以及外围电路三个方面对均流特性的影响进行分析研究,给出了在实际并联应用中合理处理各影响因素后的实验波形,波形结果表明并联支路均流效果良好。
The parallel application of power device IGBT is an important means to improve the current handling capability of the power converter,the current sharing of the IGBT shunt is not only the key problem of its practical application. In this paper,the characteristics of the IGBT module,the driving circuit and the peripheral circuit of the three aspects of the impact of the current sharing characteristics of the analysis,presents the experimental waveforms after the reasonable treatment of various influencing factors in the parallel application,the waveforms show current sharing effect is good.
