摘要
运用多体动力学软件针对该车制定的工况进行计算,求得边界载荷,采用惯性释放的方法进行强度分析,针对分析结果对某些零部件壁厚进行优化,对优化后的白车身进行了强度效核。结果表明优化后的白车身满足强度要求,达到减重、降低成本的目的。
Aiming at the car making conditions is calculated by using the multi-body dynamics software,obtained by using the method of boundary load,inertia release strength analysis,based on the results of the analysis on certain parts of the body wall thickness was optimized,white optimized strength. The results show that the optimized BIW meets the strength requirements and achieves the purpose of weight reduction and cost reduction.
