摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁件球化率的不同测量方法及其利弊。重点分析了一种新型测量方法,利用超声波声速仪中声速随铸铁中的游离石墨形状、数量、大小和金属基体的变化而变化,通过对不同基体,不同球化率,不同牌号的球墨铸铁进行了超声波声速试验。最后得出球墨铸铁件的球化率与声速成正比,其球化率越高,声速值越大,反之,声速值越小。声速仪检测球化率可以做到更准确、更简单、更直观,为方便快捷地完成铸件本体的检验任务打下了坚实的基础。
This paper introduces the different measurement methods of spheroidization rate of nodular cast iron and their advantages and disadvantages. In this paper,a new type of measuring method was introduced,using the shape of free graphite in the cast iron,the quantity,size and the change of the metal matrix,through the different matrix,different ball rate,different brand of ductile iron for the ultrasonic speed test,and made the corresponding standard test block. Finally,it is concluded that the spheroidization rate of ductile iron castings is proportional to the sound speed,the higher the spheroidization rate,the greater the sound velocity,and the smaller the sound velocity value. The measurement of the ball rate can be more accurate,simple,more intuitive,and lay a solid foundation for the rapid completion of the inspection task of the casting body.
