A Method for Improving the Quality of the Automobile Lighting System by Improve the Scheme of Wiring Harness

汽车灯光系统是现代汽车的重要组成部分,它不仅影响汽车外观,更影响汽车的正常使用,所以保证灯光系统的正常工作,降低灯光系统的烧灯故障率,对车主的生命财产安全至关重要。通过对因电压过高造成的车用近光灯使用寿命低问题的研究,提出确实有效的改善电线束方案的解决方法。

The automobile lighting system is an important part of modern automobile. It not only affects the appearance of the car,but also affect the normal use of the car, so to guarantee the normal work of the lighting system,reduce the failure rate of burning lamp,is vitally important to the owner＇s safety and property. This paper studies the overvoltage caused by car with the dipped headlight burner fault,then propose the effective solution by changing the design of the wire harness.
