区域信息化与工业化融合的影响因素实证研究

Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing the Integration of Regional Informatization and Industrialization

本文在构建工业化和信息化融合系统的基础上,建立了工业化和信息化融合的影响因素指标体系,并借鉴菲尔德两部门模型和EBA模型,采用2006~2015年的数据进行实证分析,分别针对我国总体情况、中西部地区和各省份的影响因素进行比较。研究发现互联网普及率、工业增加值占GDP的比重、规模以上工业企业利润占资产比等指标,对我国信息化与工业化融合指数有积极的正向作用,技术市场交易额、地方财政一般预算收入和行业平均工资的正向影响也十分明显,而居民消费指数、工业治理污染完成投资的影响则为负;东部地区的居民消费指数、地方财政收入、行业平均工资和工业污染完成投资情况比较重要,中部地区的居民消费指数、互联网普及率和地方财政收入作用效果更明显,而西部地区的居民消费指数、地方财政收入、行业平均工资的正向作用基本均衡。本文针对不同省市的特点,提出了信息化与工业化融合水平提高的侧重点。

In the foundation of industrialization and information fusion system, this paper establishes the index system of in？fluencing factors of industrialization and information fusion, and references field two sector model and the EBA model. The empiri？cal analysis using the data of 2006-2015, compares to China＇s overall influence situation, the central and western regions and prov？inces of the factors. The study finds that the Internet penetration rate of industrial adds value accounted for the proportion of GDP,the industrial enterprises above the scale of profits to total assets ratio, the positive index has a positive role in the integration of in？formatization and industrialization of our country, positive impact on technology market turnover, local general budget revenue andthe industry average wage is also very obvious, the influence of the consumer price index, industrial pollution control investment isnegative; the eastern part of the consumer price index, the local fiscal revenue, the industry average wage and industrial pollution,the completion of investment is more important, the central region of the consumer price index, the Internet penetration rate and lo？cal fiscal revenue effect is more obvious, and the positive effect of western consumer price index local financial revenue, the indus？try average wage of basic is balanced. According to the characteristics of different provinces and cities, this paper puts forward theemphasis of the integration of informatization and industrialization.
