沈阳“一河两岸”地区“城市再治理”

Urban Re-governance of the "One River and Two Sides" Region of Shenyang

本文为在沈阳振兴发展背景下,针对城市重要空间"一河两岸"的发展研究。分析城市与浑河水系关系,延续城市亲水文化基因,提出城市再治理理念,从市民活动需求出发,提出浑河两岸滩地及两侧用地发展建设思路,完善设施及活动安排,拓展两岸发展腹地,提升城市竞争力。

This paper is aimed at the development of urban space ＂one river and two sides＂ under the background of Shenyang revitalization development. We analyzed the relationship between urban and Hun River system and put forward the concept of urban re-governance. We proposed constructions ideas of the two sides of the Hun River from the needs of public activities to improve the city competitiveness.
