摘要
本文基于服务利润链理论,对于以客户为中心的服务型外贸企业的价值链构成进行分析,并从三个层面探讨了服务型外贸企业的服务效能问题,进而以天津为例,建立了服务型外贸企业服务效能评价指标体系,以期对服务型外贸企业提高自身的服务效能提供借鉴。
This paper, based on the theory of service profit chain, analyzes the value chain of the custom-centered service oriented foreign trade enterprises, discusses the question of service efficiency in service oriented foreign trade enterprises from three perspectives;and in the example of Tianjin, establishes a service efficiency evaluation index system for the service oriented foreign trade enterprises, in the expectation of providing useful reference for the service advancement of the service oriented foreign trade enterprises.
