摘要
目前,电力企业项目团队绩效管理还处于初级阶段,没有实质性地起到绩效管理作用,同时,和企业组织绩效也没有融合。在电力企业开展"三集五大"体制改革、逐步迈向现代企业的背景下,笔者深入实践,研究分析企业项目团队的特征及现有项目实施团队绩效管理存在的问题,提出了项目团队个人精益计分考核法。从项目关键绩效指标、一般指标和个人成长指标三个维度加以绩效考核,更全面地评价项目团队成员的个人绩效结果。同时本文还探讨了与之匹配的项目绩效薪酬,及企业个人绩效与项目个人绩效的有效结合等问题,希望借此找到将县供电企业项目团队打造成高效团队的方法,为中小型国企遇到相似问题提供可借鉴的解决方法。
At present, the electric power enterprise project team performance management is still at the initial stage, there is no substantive way to obtain performance management and no fusion with the organizational performance at the same time. While the electric power enterprises are carrying out a kind of system reform, and gradually going into a modern enterprise, the author makes a practice indepth, studies and analyzes characteristics of project team and problems existing in team project performance management, puts forward the individual lean scoring appraisal method of the project team. The performance appraisal results are done from three dimensions of key performance indicators of the project, the general index and personal growth index, so as to comprehensively evaluate individual performance results of the project team members. At the same time, this paper also discusses the project performance pay matching with the enterprise, and the effective combination of enterprise personal performance and project individual performance, hoping to find the method of making the project team of the county level power supply enterprise into a high effective team, so as to provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises encountering similar problems.
