摘要
电力体制改革的不断深入,加之国民生产生活用电需求不断增大,这使得供电公司需要进一步完善电网结构,提高电网的稳定性及抗风险能力,使之长期安全、稳定、高效的运行,为经济发展提供可靠的电力保障。但是,通过对近些年我国供电公司针对电网所进行大规模工程建设实际情况的了解,确定工程财务管理及成本控制方面容易出现差错,致使财务全过程管控不佳,相应的工程难以创造较高的经济效益。基于此,本文将着重分析供电公司工程财务管理与成本控制的重点,进而结合案例来分析如何对供电公司财务全过程中参与的财务管理予以强化。
The deepening of the reform of electric power system, coupled with the increasing national production and living electricity demand, has made the power companies need to further improve the structure of power grid, improve power system stability and anti-risk ability, so as to get the long-term safe, stable, efficient operation, and provide reliable power for economic development. However, through the actual situation of large-scale power grid construction project by the power supply company in China, there are often some errors in the financial management and cost control, resulting in poor financial control of the whole process, and that the corresponding project can not create higher economic benefits. Based on this, this paper will focus on the analysis of financial management in the power supply engineering company and key points of cost control, and combine with the case to analyze how to strengthen the financial management in the whole financial process of the power company.
