本文从建筑企业的施工项目管理能力出发构建了项目管理能力的评价指标体系,该体系从项目管理的组织机构建设、技术力量及历史业绩、对项目管理控制协调的力度等三个方面进行构建,反映项目管理单位(组织)的项目管能力,为项目管理能力的持续改进指出了方向。

The evaluation index system has been suggested according to the project management ability, which includes three contents：organization construction, technical force and historical achievement, control to project management efforts of coordination, etc, and reflects the project management ability of the project organization, pointes out the direction for the improvement of the project management ability.
