简析“双向式”供应链在物资管理中的应用

Analysis on the Application of "Two-way" Supply Chain in Material Management

社会经济的高速发展,不仅加快了企业的发展进程,同时对物资管理也提出了更高的要求,传统的常规供应链越来越难以适应企业的发展需求。本文就常规供应链的基本情况出发,就其在物质管理中存在的缺陷进行了分析,并提出了"双向式"供应链相对常规供应链的优势和在物质管理中的应用措施。

The rapid development of social economy not only accelerates the development process of enterprises, but also puts forward higher requirements for material management. The traditional conventional supply chain is more and more difficult to meet the development needs of enterprises. Based on the basic situation of the conventional supply chain, this paper analyzes the defects in the material management and puts forward the advantages of the ＂two-way＂ supply chain relative to the conventional supply chain and the application measures in the material management.
