在转体施作前,准确进行梁体不平衡称重,及称重结果进行相应的配重是确保转体顺利安全进行的根本保证,本文依托于新建大张高速铁路温家窑跨京包铁路特大桥连续梁跨越京包铁路上下行线时转体施工的施工实践,详细阐述了连续梁转体时称重及配重的方法,为同类施工提供了参考数据。

Before the operation of the swivel, accurate beam imbalance weighing and corresponding counterweight of weighing results are the fundamental guarantee for the smooth and safe operation of the swivel. Based on the construction practice of swivel construction extra-large bridge of Wenjiayao crossing Jingbao Railway, this paper expatiates the method of weighing and counterweight in the swivel of continuous beam, to provide the reference data for the similar construction.
