天然气净化行业电耗实时监测系统的设计

摘要 当前国内不少天然气净化企业的能耗管理水平还处于传统的人工抄表阶段,监控力度有限,能源损耗大,针对这种落后的能耗管理现状,并结合当前的信息化技术设计了一套天然气净化过程中电耗实时监测系统,该系统通过智能电力数据采集设备和网络传输技术实现天然气净化过程中各项电耗数据的实时采集和电耗装置的远程控制。重点阐述了天然气净化过程中电耗实时监测系统的设计方案,该实时监测系统能及时获得天然气净化过程中各种装置设备的电耗数据,实现对天然气净化生产中装置设备的电耗状态的实时监测,为天然气净化行业的电耗管控和电耗优化提供数据支撑和决策支持。 The current domestic energe consumption management level of many natural gas purification enterprise is still in the stage of traditional manual meter reading, and monitoring efforts are limited, large energy loss, according to the present situation of energy management of this backward, and design a set of natural gas purification power consumption real-time monitoring system in the process combinating information technology at present, the system get the implementation of the power consumption data of real-time acquisition and the remote control of power device in the process of purificating natural gas through intelligent power data acquisition equipment and network transmission technology. Design focuses on the power consumption real-time monitoring system of natural gas purification process,this real-time monitoring system can timely access to power consumption data of natural gas purification process in a variety of devices,achieving real-time monitoring to the state of purification equipment in purificating natural gas, providing data support and decision support for the power consumption control and optimization of the natural gas purification industry.
