摘要
本文主要对有限元前处理软件Hypermesh和动力学分析软件LS-DYNA运用于往复式甘蔗切割过程的有限元仿真与建模分析,在Hypermesh中创建了甘蔗切割系统的有限元模型,并以K文件的格式导入LS-DYNA求解器进行动力学求解分析,利用LSPROPOST软件对结果进行后处理,得到了甘蔗切割过程的等效应力云图以及位移云图,切割力曲线以及能量曲线,分析结果得到相关参数是符合设计要求。
In this paper, finite element simulation and modeling analysis of finite element pretreatment software Hypermesh and kinetic analysis software LS-DYNA in reciprocating sugarcane cutting process are analyzed, a finite element model of sugarcane cutting system in Hypermesh is created, the K file format is introduced into the LS-DYNA solver for dynamic analysis, and the results are analyzed by using the LS-PROPOST software, then the equivalent stress cloud image and the displacement cloud image, the cutting force curve and the energy curve of the sugarcane cutting process are obtained. The relevant parameters are in line with the design requirements.
