摘要
通过分析学生的综合素质考评成绩与学习成绩的相关度,调整综合素质考评的指标体系,保证综合素质考评的科学性。通过相关度分析和个体之间的差异分析,也能在一定程序上评价考核过程中的公平性,或者发现差异化比较大的学生。增加综合素质考评环节,浪费了一些人力和财力。
By analyzing the correlation between the students' quality and their academic achievements, the criterion system of quality evaluation should be adjusted to ensure the scientific quality. Through the correlation analysis and individual difference analysis, we can also evaluate the fairness in the process of assessment, or find the students with different differentiation. To add the comprehensive quality evaluation, some human and financial resources are wasted.
