摘要
在传统体育教学中,作为一线体育教师的我们虽然都知道学生间存在个体差异,但是在具体教学过程中却往往忽略这种个体差异的存在。从而在教学目标的制定、教学内容、学习方法等等的选择上几乎统一标准。久而久之,就形成了学生厌恶体育从而不喜欢体育课的局面。为了改变这一现象,我们体育教师在制定教学计划时要充分考虑学生的个体差异,因材施教。
In the traditional physical education teaching, although we all know that there are individual differences among students, we often ignore the individual difference in the specific teaching process. Thus there are often unified standard in the teaching objectives formulation, teaching content and learning methods selection. Over time, students begin to hate physical education. In order to change this phenomenon, physical education teachers should fully consider the individual differences of students in the development of teaching plans.
