骨科护理人员疼痛管理知识以及态度情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of pain management knowledge and attitude among nurses in department of orthopedics

目的:针对骨科护理人员的疼痛管理知识以及态度情况进行观察及分析,通过制定出科学合理的骨科护士规范化培训举措,以及有效管理创伤患者疼痛的策略,提供给临床护理工作重要的参考。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、护理人员疼痛知识以及态度调查表,对我省6所医院260名骨科护理人员实施调查。结果:本研究260名骨科护理人员中有64.62%学习过疼痛相关知识,但不全面;认为有必要、很有必要学习疼痛相关知识的护理人员占据54.62%,38.46%,而且这些人员非常希望让医院以继续教育项目或者临床教学查房等形式提升自我知识技能,有6.93%的护理人员经常在学术期刊上获得疼痛相关知识内容;总是采取疼痛评估工具展开评价工作的护理人员只占据16.92%。护理人员对于疼痛知识需求排在前3位的分别是疼痛评估、非药物疼痛干预措施以及疼痛的药物治疗。骨科护理人员的疼痛知识及态度调查问卷的平均答对率为45.90%,平均得分为(22.07±3.29)分。在疼痛知识和态度问卷中得分较高的是年龄≥41岁及总工作时间为1~5年的骨科护理人员。讨论:在工作中的很多骨科护理人员依然有突出的问题需要改正,主要表现在疼痛知识掌握程度较低和疼痛管理能力不高方面,而且大部分护骨科护理人员都存在展开疼痛管理知识学习是有必要的心理。鉴于此,各大医院应该积极开展疼痛知识培训工作,重点以提升护理人员综合应用疼痛管理的能力作为实现目标,指导护理人员如何有效的展开疼痛评估以及实施非药物干预。

Objective： To observe and analyze pain management knowledge and attitude of the nursing staff in the department of orthopedics,and provide important reference for clinical nursing work by the formulation of scientific and reasonable standard training measures of nurses in the department of orthopedics,as well as strategy for effective management of pain in trauma patients. Methods： A total of 260 nurses in the department of orthopedics in 6 hospitals of our province were investigated with self-designed general information questionnaire and questionnaire of pain knowledge and attitude among nursing staff. Results： In this study,among 260 nurses in the department of orthopedics 64. 62% had learned pain related knowledge but not comprehensive; those who thought it necessary or quite necessary to learn pain related knowledge account for 54. 62% and 38. 46% respectively,and they had a strong will for the hospital to launch continuing education program or clinical teaching rounds or in other forms to promote self knowledge and skills; those who often obtained pain related knowledge in academic journals account for 6. 93%; those who always adopted pain assessment tools for assessment account for 16. 92%. The top 3 demands for pain knowledge among nursing staff were pain assessment,non-drug pain intervention measures and pain medication. The average correct rate in the questionnaire of pain knowledge and attitude of nurses in the department of orthopedics was 45. 90%,and the average score was（ 22. 07 ±3. 29）. The nursing staff ≥ 41 years of age and those with the total working years of 1-5 years in the department of orthopedics scored higher in the questionnaire of pain knowledge and attitude. Discussion： In practical work,a lot of nursing staff in the department of orthopedics still have many problems to be corrected,mainly reflected in the limited pain knowledge and pain management ability,and a majority of nursing staff in the department of orthopedics believe that pain management knowledge learning is necessary. In view of this,the major hospitals should actively carry out the training of pain knowledge,focusing on enhancing the comprehensive application ability of pain management skills as the goal and guiding nursing staff in effective pain assessment and non-drug intervention.
