核对清单在提高ICU护士工作满意度及降低工作遗漏率中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨核对清单在提高重症加强护理病房(ICU)护士工作满意度及降低工作遗漏率中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1~8月我院ICU收治的275例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理;2016年9月~2017年4月我院ICU收治的283例患者作为观察组,观察组在对照组基础上实施核对清单护理,比较两组护士工作满意度、工作遗漏率及护理质量。结果:核对清单实施后护士工作满意度情况高于实施前(P<0.05),护士焦虑和抑郁程度评分均显著低于实施前(P<0.05);观察组物品遗漏率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗或护理遗漏率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者基础管理、病房管理、责任心评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核对清单能够提高ICU护士工作满意度,改善护士心理状态,降低工作遗漏率,提高护理质量。 Objective: To explore the application effect of checklist in improving intensive care unit( ICU) nurses' job satisfaction and reducing job omission rate. Methods: A total of 275 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from January to August 2016 were selected as the control group and received conventional nursing; a total of 283 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation group and received checklist nursing combined with the conventional nursing. The job satisfaction,job omission rate and nursing quality were compared between the nurses in the two groups. Results: The job satisfaction of nurses was higher after implementation of checklist than that before( P〈0. 05),and the anxiety and depression scores of nurses were significantly lower after implementation than those before( P〈0. 05); the difference in item omission rate was not statistically significant between the two groups( P〈0. 05),the difference in treatment effects or nursing omission rate was statistically significant between the two groups( P〈0. 05); the differences in basic management,ward management and responsibility score were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Checklist can improve job satisfaction of ICU nurses,improve nurses' psychological status,reduce job omission rate,and improve nursing quality.
