摘要
以哈尔乌素选煤厂为例,通过在现有香蕉筛基础上增加浮动梁,利用浮动梁与固定梁之间的相互运动产生弛张力,最终将直线香蕉型单层振动筛改造为双层弛张筛,改造后筛分效率达到85%以上,为已建成的选煤厂改造弛张筛提供了一条新的思路。
Taking Ha'erwusu coal preparation plant for example, through adding the floating beam on the existing banana screen,using the mutual movement between the floating beam and the fixed beam, the single-deck banana screen is transformed into double-deck flip-flow screen. The screening efficiency has been increased to 85%, which provides a new idea for the coal preparation plant transformation flip flow screen.
