摘要
为提高矸石电厂燃用煤矸石燃烧效率,减少锅炉磨损,进行了煤矸石分选提质试验研究。通过采取生产大样,开展了工业分析、矿物组成和嵌布状况分析以及发热量分析、浮沉试验,分析煤矸石密度组成与各密度级灰分、硫分和发热量的变化情况。通过分选提质,提高燃用煤矸石发热量和利用效率,降低了锅炉的磨损和灰渣粉尘的排放量,提高锅炉的热效率,减轻环境污染,显著提高经济效益。
In order to improve the combustion efficiency of coal gangue power plant burning coal gangue and reduce boiler wear,the separation of coal gangue were studied. By taking the production sample to carry out industrial analysis, mineral composition and analysis of embedded condition and calorific value analysis, float and sink analysis, the article analyzes the density composition distribution, ash, total sulfur and calorific value changes of coal gangue. By separating and upgrading coal gangue, the company improves the calorific value and utilization efficiency of coal gangue, reduces the boiler wear and emissions of ash, improves the thermal efficiency of boiler, reduces environmental pollution, and improves the economic benefit.
