摘要
为了解决220 t矿用自卸卡车电控装置冷却系统的散热性能逐渐下降导致大功率器件损坏的难题,从电控装置冷却系统,风压与风量需求以及电气控制系统的散热过程等主要方面进行设计研究;并从冷却系统风压监测和热量散发方面设计改进,通过对生产现场收集的数据进行对比分析,并进行多次模拟实验,最终研制出对主控制柜加装冷却风监测装置,对大功率器件加装散热器的改进方案,实现了电控装置冷却系统监测和改善散热性能的目标。
In order to solve the problem that the cooling performance of the cooling system of the 220 tons mine dump truck is gradually reduced, the problems such as the cooling system of the electric control device, the demand of the wind pressure and the air volume and the heat dissipation process of the electrical control system are carried out. And the design of the cooling system from the wind pressure detection and heat distribution design improvements, through the production site collected the data for comparative analysis, the mine carties out a number of simulation experiments, and ultimately develops a main control cabinet installed cooling air detection device.Improvement program achieves the electronic control device cooling system to detect and improve the cooling performance.
