摘要
阐述了应用于开关电源电压器的降压型零电压准谐振电路的工作原理,给出了其在MATLAB/Simulink中的仿真模型和仿真结果。通过仿真结果得出,零电压准谐振电路可减少开关损耗,同时也可以控制浪涌的发生,使得噪声很小,但元器件损耗增大、温升容易增高。
Firstly, the working principle of Buck zero-voltage quasi resonant circuit applied to switching power supply voltage regulator is described, and the simulation model and simulation results in MATLAB/Simulink are given. Finally, the simulation results show that the zero-voltage quasi resonant circuit can reduce the switching loss, and also can control the occurrence of surge, which makes noise turns very small, but the component loss increases and the temperature rise is easy to increase.
