摘要
随着管理部门信息化进程的深入和推进,社会公众对开放档案信息资源的需求日益强烈,为此文章提出了有效适合当代数字环境下开放档案的集成服务模式。文章首先对用户的档案利用需求进行分析,在整合用户需求信息的基础上决定开放档案共享服务的内容,随后基于Web3.0思想设计开放档案集成服务平台架构,并依托本体技术、多Agent技术实现档案信息的智能检索,依托Web3.0技术实现开放档案个性化服务。
With the deepening of the management informationization and propulsion, the social public demand for open archives information resources increasily strong, this paper proposes effective integration services for the opening archives under the contemporary digital environment model. Firstly the paper analyzes the user demand of archives, opening up the content of the archives sharing service on the basis of the integration of user demand information, then designs opening archives integration service platform bases on Web3.0, and relies on the ontology technology of multi Agent technology to realize the archives information intelligent retrieval, uses Web3.0 technology to realize the opening archives personalized service.
