This paper makes deep analysis of the current situation and problems of agricultural and forestry economic management talent cultivation, study on how to apply the theory of industry-university-research cooperation into agricultural and forestry economic management talent cultivation, in order to make enterprise and public institutions, universities, teachers, students and research institutions participate into the pattern actively, establishes an effective incentive system that can make the pattern develop for a long time.
