产教融合背景下高职院校校企合作信任机制构建

Construction of school enterprise cooperation trust mechanism in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of production and education

深化产教融合成为当前高职院校加强内涵建设的重要战略举措。文章通过分析校企合作现状及存在的主要问题,提出充分发挥政府主导、行业指导作用,基于校企"双主体"构建保障机制、项目共建和利益共享机制、风险分担机制等高职院校校企合作信任运行保障机制。

Deepening the integration of production and education has become an important strategic measure to strengthen the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the status of the cooperation and the main problems, this paper puts forward the full play of the government leading, industry guidance role, and to build higher vocational colleges school enterprise cooperation trust operation guarantee mechanism based on the school enterprise ＂double main body＂, such as organizational guarantee mechanism, project co construction and benefit sharing mechanism, risk sharing mechanism, and so on.
