思想建党和制度治党相结合是新时期中国共产党加强全面从严治党,探索管党治党内在规律的集中体现,是加强马克思主义执政党建设的重要战略举措。改革开放以来,中国共产党从注重制度建设到强调用制度管党治党,再到提出思想建党和制度治党相结合,从战略层面上创新发展了执政党建设方略。思想建党和制度治党相结合的思想演变历程集中体现了继承性、创新性、科学性、实践性的基本特征。总结新时期思想建党和制度治党相结合形成的基本经验,有助于自觉认识和把握执政党建设内在规律,更好地推进全面从严治党。

The course of the combination epitomizes the features of successiveness, innovativeness, rationality and practicality. To sum up the basic experience from the combination under new circumstances is of benefit for us to grasp the internal law for building the ruling party and promote the strict self - governance of the Party in all respects.
