摘要
电力系统谐波标准是电网谐波规划的主要依据。受电网形态发展、非线性设备特性、谐波测量和建模技术等因素的影响,需要对谐波标准进行不断的修订或更新。基于英国谐波标准G5及其长期发展历史,研究了其主要特点及发展过程的影响因素;针对谐波标准中的相关重要问题,即谐波分配策略、谐波电压规划水平、谐波电压评估方法、设备入网评估规程、谐波标准发展趋势等技术及应用方面,详细讨论了其历史变化、在谐波标准修订的方法及其需要考虑的工程应用问题,可以为亟待修订的国标GB/T 14549—1993提供有价值的参考。
Harmonic standards are essential for power system harmonic planning.In general,they have to be continuously revised and updated to adapt to power grid development,change of nonlinear equipment characteristics,development of harmonic measurement and modeling techniques.Based on British harmonics standard G5 and its long-term evolution,main features and influence factors of its evolution are investigated.About main aspects of the harmonic standard,i.e.harmonic allocation strategy,planning levels of harmonic voltage,harmonic voltage evaluation methods,assessment procedure of equipment connections and trend of harmonic standard evolution,their historical changes are discussed in detail.For methodology and major factors of harmonic standard revision,this study can be useful for Chinese harmonic standard GB/T 14549-1993 in urgent need of revision.
