摘要
目前,基于WAMS的多FACTS协调控制研究大多局限于理论计算和离线仿真,对于WAMS系统及FACTS装置控制特性的模拟与实际系统还存在一定的差异,为了更加准确地模拟协调控制过程,有必要在接入多种FACTS实际控制器以及PMU装置的实时仿真平台上对协调控制策略进行闭环验证。构建了一种基于WAMS的多FACTS协调控制数模混合仿真试验平台,其拥有强大的数字仿真软件、多种接口装置,多种FACTS的实际控制器PMU装置以及WAMS系统,基于此平台开发了多FACTS协调控制功能模块,能够从WAMS数据库中快速获取数据,按照算法进行实时运算,并将协调控制命令下发给各FACTS控制器。在此平台上,对多FACTS协调控制提高电力系统动态稳定性控制策略进行了试验研究,仿真结果证明了试验平台的实用性和有效性,为基于WAMS的多FACTS协调控制研究提供了新的手段。
Recently,research of coordinated multiple FACTS control based on WAMS generally focuses on theoretical calculations and off-line simulation.But the control characteristics of FACTS devices and WAMS system are somewhat different in comparison to actual system.In order to accurately reflect the coordinated control characteristics,it is necessary to verify the coordinated control strategy with closed loop testing on a real-time simulation platform containing actual FACTS controllers and phasor measurement unit(PMU) device.A hybrid digital-analog real-time simulation platform used for studying WAMS-based coordinated control of multiple FACTS is established in this paper.The platform contains powerful digital simulation software,many kinds of interface devices,multiple FACTS controllers,PMU and WAMS system.The coordinated control module,able to rapidly get data from WAMS,finish real-time complex calculation according to different algorithms,and finally send control order to FACTS controllers,is developed on the platform.The test of coordinated control strategy improving power system dynamic stability was completed on the platform.Practicability and validity of this platform is verified.The platform provides a new tool for study on WAMS-based coordinated control of multiple FACTS device.
