摘要
以某1 580 mm热轧精轧工作辊推力轴承为例,通过分析PDA曲线初步推断推力轴承的失效是由异常轴向力造成。通过对轴向力来源进行分析,得出轧辊交叉是造成推力轴承失效的主要原因;进一步分析轧机平衡块和轴承座结构对轴承偏载的影响,提出轧机弯窜系统和轴承座的改造方案,并提出在推力轴承上增加隔圈以提高推力轴承的承载能力,防止滚动体被挤压变形。经验证,改进方案满足工程应用需求。
Taking hot working roller thrust bearings of 1 580 mm hot - rolling finished mill as examples, the PDA curve is analyzed, it could be preliminarily inferred that the damage of the thrust bearings is caused by almormal axial force. The source of axial force is analyzed, it is concluded that the crossing roll is main damage cause of thrust bearings. The influence of balance block of mill and structure of housing on partial load of the bearings is analyzed further, and the improvement scheme is proposed for bending and shifting system of mill and housing. The spacer is added on thrust bearings to improve load capacity and avoid extrusion deformation of rolling elements. The improvement scheme meets engineering application requirements by verification.
