针对法兰西第三共和国民主制度所呈现出的空壳化与局限性,马克思在《法兰西内战》中主张以责任政府和廉价政府为基础,构建自治政府的政治框架。自治政府是将社会各个群体联系在一起,具有最广泛代表性的民主政府,凸显了马克思的社会自治理念。自治政府避免社会意志的撕裂与对立,摆脱阶级倾轧所带来的社会冲突与秩序动荡,超越了资本主义政治体制中压制社会民意的局限性民主。

In view of the shelling and limitations of the democratic system of the Third Republic of France, Ma- rx advocated a political framework of autonomous government based on a responsible, simplified and low cost government in the Civil War in France. An autonomous government, which associates all social groups, is the most extensive representative of the democratic government, highlighting the Marx~ concept of social autonomy. The autonomous government avoids the destruction and opposition＇ form the social ideology, and tries to eradicate social conflicts and disorder caused by the inequality of social class, and it transcends the marginal democracy of capitalism which suppresses the social public opinion.
