“一带一路”视域下中国与中东合作的机遇、挑战及对策

The Opportunities,Challenges and Countermeasures Brought by the Cooperation between China and the Middle East in the View of “One Belt and One Road”

"一带一路"是一项影响众多国家和地区的倡议。作为亚欧非三大洲的结合部,中东处在"一带一路"的交汇点、枢纽点,有着重要的战略价值。"一带一路"在中东地区的实施,有利于加强中国与中东的政治关系,实现经济互利共赢,优化现存的国际秩序。但中东时局动荡不安,局势瞬息万变,"一带一路"在中东地区的推进面临政局多变带来的政治风险、区域局势波动产生的经贸安全风险、大国博弈形成的"第三方风险"。中国在中东推进"一带一路"过程中,应以正确的义利观为导向,遵循有利、有节原则,适时主动参与中东安全事务,同时扩大和加深经贸合作的广度和深度,确保"一带一路"在中东地区稳步扎实推进。

＂One Belt and one Road＂ is an initiative that affects many countries and regions. As the combination of Asia, Europe and Africa, the Middle East, in the central hub, has an important strategic value. The implementation of the policy in the Middle East region is conducive to strengthening political relationship between China and the Middle East, achieving economic mutual benefit and win -win result international order. But because of the volatile and changing situation in the Middle , and optimizing the existing East, the implement of this policy is facing such risks as political changes due to fluctuate international politics, economic and trade risks from regional political fluctuations and the ＂ third party risk＂ from the competing of the big powers. In the process of promoting this policy in the middle east, China should take the correct concept of justice and interests, follow the favorable and orderly principle, take the initiative to participate in the Middle East security affairs, and expand and deepen the breadth and depth of economic and trade cooperation to ensure that this policy will be impelled in the Middle East in a steady way.
