摘要
以丙烯酸聚氧丙烯酯(PPA6)为特殊功能单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法合成水性丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了丙烯酸聚氧丙烯酯用量对乳液及其漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸聚氧丙烯酯用量为单体量的3%时,漆膜的附着力和耐盐雾性最佳。
The waterborne acrylic emulsion was synthesized with poly(propylene oxide) acrylate (PPA6) as a special functional monomer via the pre-emulsified semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization. And the effects of PPA6 amount on the emulsion and film properties were studied. The results showed that when the PPA6 amount was 3% by weight of the monomers, the paint film had optimal adhesion and salt fog resistance.
