大尺寸复合变幅杆的设计及振动特性

摘要 利用瑞利近似理论对大尺寸圆锥复合型变幅杆的振动频率进行修正,并得到修正的频率表达式.利用计算机编程计算修正频率,并将计算结果与有限元模拟结果及实验测试结果进行对比.得到修正结果比一维理论值适用范围更大,与有限元模拟值和实验测试值比较一致.利用有限元法研究大尺寸圆锥型复合变幅杆的振动特性,结果表明,谐振频率随各段长度的增加都减小,但相比较而言大段长度的影响最大,小段影响最小. The longitudinal vibration frequency of large size tapered composite horn is modified by Rayleigh approximation theory,and the corrected frequency expression is calculated.Calculating the corrected frequency by using computer programming,the calculation results are compared with the finite element simulation results and experimental test results.It is showed that the correction results have a wider range than the one-dimensional theoretical value,and it is consistent with the experimental values and the finite element simulation value.The vibration characteristics of large size cone type composite horn are studied by using finite element method.The results show that the resonant frequency decreases with the increase of the length of each segment,but the influence of the length of large section is the biggest,the influence of thelength of the small section is the minimum.
