山东枣菏高速试验段特殊路基处理现场研究

摘要 枣菏高速菏泽段施工项目管理总体目标为:建设成一条高速、优质、环保、和谐的高速公路。试验段主要由粉质黏土构成,CBR值偏低,天然地基承载力低,现场对于这种特殊路基的处理有换填、粗粒料滚填、加固土桩、强夯、挤密碎石桩施工。通过采用上述处理方法得出结论:粗粒料滚填施工通过用振动式压路机先静压1遍,轻振1遍,重振2~3遍的滚填方法在冲碾第20遍时的沉降差为2 mm;加固土桩施工现场得出的钻进速度为1.21 m/min,管道压力为0.39MPa,每延米的喷粉量为48.9 L,水灰比为0.59,泥浆比重为1.72 kg/L;挤密碎石桩施工的成桩时间、成桩电流、留振时间、充盈系数分别为19.87 min、81.55 A、10~20 s、1.17。特殊路基经过处理后能够很好地达到设计的要求,为建设一条优质的高速公路打好坚实的基础。 The general goal of construction project management of zaohe high speed heze section is to construct a highway with high speed,high quality,environmental protection and harmony. Test section is mainly composed of silty clay,CBR value is low,the natural foundation bearing capacity is low,the scene for this special roadbed processing in filling,coarse grained material roll filling,reinforcing soil pile,the dynamic compaction,gravel compaction pile construction. By adopting the above methods some conclusions: coarse aggregate rolled fill construction by using vibration roller static pressure 1 times first,light vibration 1 time,2 ~ 3 times to revive the rolled fill method to run over 20 times the differential settlement is 2 mm; The drilling speed of the reinforced soil pile was 1. 21 m/min,the pressure of the pipeline was 0. 39 MPa,the amount of powder was 48. 9 L per meter,the cement ratio was 0. 59,and the mud weight was 1. 72 kg/L; The pile time,pile current,vibration time and filling coefficient of compacting gravel pile are 19. 87 min,81. 55 A,10~ 20 s and 1. 17 respectively. The special roadbed can be well designed to meet the requirements of design,so as to build a solid foundation for the construction of a high-quality highway.
