摘要
A型地铁侧梁作为转向架构架重要组成部分之一,焊缝质量好坏直接影响车辆运行安全和使用寿命。A型地铁侧梁的对接焊缝属于厚板对接,是侧梁结构的关键焊缝,质量控制等级为B级,属于高质量控制级别,工艺要求焊接磨平并利用超声波探伤。然而常规工艺水平下探伤缺陷发生率较高,不但影响了产品质量,也制约了生产效率。本文介绍了新的工艺方法优化了此类焊接过程,显著降低了缺陷发生率,很大程度上提升了生产效率。
A type of subway side beam is an important part of the bogie structure. The weld quality directly affects the operation of the vehicle safety and service life which is the key weld of the side beam structure. The quality control level is Grade B, which belongs to the high quality control level. The process requires welding and grinding and the use of ultrasonic flaw detection. However, the higher incidence of flaw detection defects at the conventional process level not only affects the quality of the products, but also restricts the production efficiency. This paper describes the new process methods to optimize such welding processes, significantly reducing the incidence of defects and enhancing the production efficiency largely.关键词:A型地铁;对接焊缝;超声波探伤;工艺优化
