摘要
目的:采用系统预试法对斑花黄堇、迭裂黄堇、塞北紫堇和矮紫堇所含化学成分进行定性检验,并对其总生物碱含量进行测定.方法:采用浸提、索氏和超声提取法,以石油醚、95%乙醇和纯水为提取剂分别制备不同极性提取液;采用试管法、纸反应法及薄层层析法分别对提取液进行研究,通过试验指示剂和显色剂颜色或沉淀反应,检查所含化学成分;采用分光光度法测定样品中总生物碱含量.结果:斑花黄堇、迭裂黄堇、塞北紫堇和矮紫堇总生物碱含量分别是0.53、0.67、1.10和2.03 mg/g,含有氨基酸、蛋白质、多糖及苷、酚类、鞣质、生物碱、黄酮、有机酸、甾体和挥发油等化学成分.结论:明确了4种紫堇属藏药含有的化学成分类别及其总生物碱含量,为进一步研究提供实验基础.
objective:To identify the chemical components of Corydalis conspersa Maxim.,Corydalis dasyptera Maxim.,Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.,and Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.(C.Nemesis Kitamura)by system preliminary test,and to determine the total alkaloid content in above Tibetan medicine.Methods:The mixture was extracted with petroleum ether,ethanol and water,the chemical components were preliminarily tested using color reaction and precipitation reaction.Results:Based on the assay of chemical components,four kinds Tibetan medicine herbs contained amino acid,proteins,polysaccharides and glycosides,alkaloids,flavonoids,organic acids,etc.The contents of total alkaloids were 0.53,0.67,1.10 and 2.03 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:These Tibetan medicine herbs consisted of many chemical components.
