高温灰化法和湿式消解法检测一种蓝色素重金属残留的对比 被引量:3

摘要 利用放线菌的次级代谢产物提取一种蓝色素,对色素采用湿式消解法和高温灰化法两种方式进行处理.运用原子吸收分光光度计检测该蓝色素中Zn、Te、Sn、Cd和Pb元素的含量.结果显示:湿式消解法样品中Zn、Sn、Te、Cd和Pb的含量依次为41.055 mg·kg^(-1)、0.035 mg·kg^(-1)、0、0.56 mg·kg^(-1)和0.6 mg·kg^(-1),而高温灰化法样品中Zn、Sn、Te、Cd和Pb的含量依次为14.46 mg·kg^(-1)、0.04 mg·kg^(-1)、0、0.515 mg·kg^(-1)和0.61 mg·kg^(-1).两种方法均未有Te元素检出;Zn元素含量湿式消解法含量高于灰化法;其他3种元素检测结果差异并不明显.试验重复性、仪器精密度均良好.湿式消解法样品中Zn、Sn、Cd和Pb的加标回收率分别为100.03%、100.37%、102.05%和98.60%.因此,该色素中,Zn元素含量的检测方法应为湿式消解法.两种检测方法均适用于其他3种元素的检测.本研究对此蓝色素的进一步深入研究提供了理论依据. The blue pigment was extracted from the secondary metabolites of actinomycetes,and the pigment was digested by wet digestion and high temperature ashing.Then,the contents of Zn,Te,Sn in blue pigment were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The contents of Zn,Sn,Te,Cd and Pb in the wet digestion samples were 41.055,0.035,0,0.56 and 0.6 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.For the samples of high temperature ashing method,the contents of Zn,Sn,Te,Cd and Pb were 14.46,0.04,0,0.515 and 0.61 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.There were no elements in the two methods.The content of Zn in the wet digest was higher than that in the gray.The recoveries of Zn,Sn,Cd and Pb in the wet digestion samples were 100.03%,100.37%,102.05,respectively.The recoveries of Zn,Sn,Cd and Pb were 100.03%,100.37% and 98.60%,respectively.Therefore,for the pigment,the detection method of Zn content should be wet digestion method.The other three kinds of elements can be two kinds of detection methods.Our study provided a further theoretical study of this blue pigment.
