基于偏离-份额法的廊坊市现代服务业产业结构分析

Industrial Structure Analysis of Modern Service Industry in Langfang Based on Shift-Share Methods

在京津冀一体化国家战略布局中,廊坊市被确定为京津冀中部核心功能区的重要城市,用以疏解非首都城市功能,重点发展现代服务业和高新技术产业。选取2010-2015年京津冀地区和廊坊市数据,运用偏离-份额法对廊坊市现代服务业产业结构进行分析,发现廊坊市竞争实力同京津冀地区平均水平还存在不同程度的差距,进而提出相应的对策和建议,旨在为廊坊市政府制定发展战略及政策提供理论依据和决策支持。

Based on the national strategic layout of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,Langfang is identified as an important city in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei central section for alleviating pressure of the noncapital city function and focusing on promoting modern service industries and high-tech industries. This paper selects the data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Langfang from 2010 to 2015, analyzing the industrial structure of modern service industry in Langfang based on shift-share methods and found that Langfang's competitive strength still have different levels of gaps when compared with the average level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the status quo, this paper puts forward suggestions aiming at providing theoretical basis and decision-making support for the government of Langfang.
