直管形振动管式密度计动态性能研究

摘要 应用ANSYS对直管形振动管密度计的简化模型进行模态分析。对比单直管型密度计和双直管型密度计模态分析的结果,得出双直管型各阶模态的固有频率远小于单直管型与之对应的各阶固有频率的结论。对比双直管型振动管密度计不同减震板间距时模态分析的结果,得出随减震板间距的减小,不同振动系统对应的各阶固有频率呈增大趋势,而各阶模态的最大位移呈减小趋势。 The simplified model of straight tubular vibrating tube densitometer was analyzed by ANSYS. Compared with the results of modal analysis of single and double straight tubular vibrating tube densitometer, it was concluded that the natural frequency of the double-channel type was much smaller than that of the single-tube type. Compared with the results of modal analysis of different distance of shock absorber plates, it was founded that with the reduction of the distance between the damping plates, the natural frequencies of the different vibration systems were increasing, and the maximum displacement was decreasing.
