摘要
本文以高速列车车体用7075-T651铝合金为研究对象,开展了7075-T651焊接接头在不同调修工艺下的力学、疲劳性能研究,为改善焊接接头性能优化调修工艺提供基础数据。试验结果表明,随着调修次数的增加,焊接接头的疲劳性能逐渐提高。随着应力级的增加,焊接接头疲劳性能逐渐降低。调休次数增加,焊缝热影响区晶间气孔减少,强化相得到增加。
In this paper, 7075-T651 aluminum alloy for high-speed train body is used to study the mechanical and fatigue properties of 7075-T651 welding joint under different adjustment processes. The basic data are provided to improve the performance of welding joint. The experimental results show that the fatigue performance of the welded joint is obviously improved with the increase of the number of adjustment. With the increase of stress level, the fatigue performance of welded joints is gradually reduced. The increase in the number of retreats increases the porosity of the welds in the heat affected zone, and the enhancement phase increases.
