蓄能器壳体双旋轮收口冷旋压机的研究 被引量:1

摘要 蓄能器是液压系统中的重要辅件。为解决现有蓄能器热旋压机高耗能、高污染等问题,实现蓄能器大批量绿色生产,设计了一台低耗能、低使用成本的蓄能器收口专用冷旋压机。通过分析计算,确定了主轴电机、主轴变速箱、主轴卡盘等重要参数,得到机床设计的力学依据。在设计机床床身时,考虑到旋制较长工件且能方便拆卸工件,在尾座设计上加入横向移动平台。针对两种型号的蓄能器,重点介绍收口成形的旋轮设计及旋压方案。设备首次采用把芯模加入机床结构以辅助成型的想法,在规避回弹量等因素的影响下,作出了合理的力学分析和设计。通过deform分析软件的模拟仿真,得到工件的应力云图和应变云图,据此分析旋压状态。将所得到的应力应变、旋压力、破坏情况等与理论分析作比较,不断优化旋轮设计及工艺路线设计,最终得到最佳方案,设计出合理的机床。 Accumulators are important accessories in hydraulic systems. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution of the existing accumulator hot spinning machine,the cold spinning machine of accumulator necking with low-energy consumption and low cost was designed in order to achieve large quantities of accumulator's green production. By analysis and calculation ,the important parameters of the main shaft motor,main shaft gearbox and main shaft chuck were determined so as to obtain its mechanics basis. To be convenient to the spinning and disassembling of long workpiece,the horizontal-moving platform was installed in tailstock. In view of the two types of accumulators, the design of the rotary wheel and the spinning scheme are introduced emphatically. The idea of adding core module to the structure of machine for auxiliary molding was be adopted for the first time. In the avoidance of rebound and other factors,reasonable mechanical analysis and design was got. Through the simulation of Deform, the stress and strain contours of the workpiece are obtained, and then the spinning state is analyzed. The stress and strain, the spin pressure and the damage are compared with the theoretical analysis. The obtained stress and strain, spin pressure, damage and so on are compared with the theoretical analysis to constantly optimize the design of the rotary wheel and process route and finally get the best solution to design a reasonable machine.
