摘要
机械故障诊断的研究,实质是要找出故障产生原因和故障征兆参数的相互对应关系。本文利用傅里叶变换等数学模型,对较复杂转机振动进行振动故障原因辅助分析及处理。机械故障诊断工程实践表明,此方法具有可行性,适用于透平机、离心压缩机、泵、风机等旋转机械。
The research on mechanical fault diagnosis, In essence, is find out the two mutually corresponding relationship between the reason of failure and the fault symptom parameters. In the paper, the cause of the vibration fault was analyzed and solved for more complex transit vibration by using fourier transform mathematical model. Project practice of mechanical fault diagnosis shows the method is feasible, and the applicable to rotating machinery, for example, turbine, centrifugal compressor, pump, fan etc.
