目的:探讨SYSMEX XS-500i血细胞分析仪中性粒细胞与嗜碱性粒细胞不分类原因。方法:选取XS-500i细胞分析仪中性粒细胞与嗜碱性粒细胞不分类标本46例,涂片染色观察形态并计数,同时在SYSMEX XT-1800i上重新检测所选46例不分类标本,其结果与手工涂片镜检计数结果比较。结果:不分类标本白细胞核形态发生异常,XT-1800i对这些核形态发生轻微异常标本大部分能够分类,其与手工法计数相关性良好。结论:SYSMEX XS-500i血细胞分析仪中性粒细胞与嗜碱性粒细胞不分类原因为白细胞形态发生轻微变化,对这样的标本XT-1800i可以替代XS-500i进行中性和嗜碱的分类。

Objective To investigate the SYSMEX XS-500 i blood cell analyzer of neutrophils and basophils does not cause classification. Method XS-500 i cell analyzer,neutrophil and basophil non classified specimens were selected in 46 cases,Smears were stained,morphology and count were counted,and 46 cases of non classified specimens were re examined on SYSMEX XT-1800 i,The results were compared with those obtained by manual smear microscopy. Results The irregular white nuclei were abnormal in the non classified specimens,Minor abnormalities of these nuclei occurred in XT-1800 i and most of the specimens could be classified,which correlated well with manual counting. Conclusion SYSMEX XS-500 i blood cell analyzer of neutrophils and basophils not cause slight changes for classification of white blood cell morphology classification,can substitute XS-500 i for neutral and basophilic on such specimens XT-1800 i.
