“一带一路”背景下海南现代物流产业发展及对策研究

A Study on the Development and Countermeasures of Modern Logistics Industry in Hainan Province in the Context of “the Belt and Road”

根据国家作出"一带一路"战略部署要求,海南积极推进面向东南亚的航运枢纽和物流中心建设,大力推进与东盟国家的合作,推动海南与"一带一路"国家的经贸合作。基于此,文章深入分析海南现代物流产业发展现状及面临问题,提出要深化物流体制改革,加大开放发展空间、打通海南物流网络,完善物流网络体系、加快跨境电商建设,促进商贸物流发展、构建物流信息体系,整合物流产业资源的对策建议,以实现海南现代物流业的快速腾飞。

In accordance with deployment requirements of the initiative of"the belt and road", Hainan province should promote the construction of navigation junction and logistics center facing towrads Southeast Asia, the cooperation with ASEAN countries and the economic and trade cooperation with countries along" the belt and road". On this basis, the current development situation of modern logistics industry in Hainan province and problems were deeply analyzed. To realize the rapid development of modern logistics industry in Hainan province, following countermeasures were put forward,such as deepening logistics system reform, enlarging open space for development breaking through logistics networks in Hainan, competing logistics network system, accelerating crossborder E-commerce construction, promoting trade and logistics development, building logistics information system and integrating countermeasures and suggestions of recourses in logistics industry.
