摘要
文章介绍了一种利用数字处理器设计的智能化控制系统,能对割台的喂入负荷实时测算,并根据喂入量的大小,自动控制整机的行走速度,实现满负荷喂入与行走速度自动匹配,防止机器过载堵塞,保障了机械不用过多动力储备就能收获柠条密梳不均的难题。研制了一种一次性作业完成柠条的平茬切割、输送、切碎、抛送、装车功能的自走式柠条收获机,经推广示范应用,使用情况良好。
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent control system designed by digital processor,the feeding load of the cutting table can be measured in real time,and depending on the size of the feed,automatic control of the speed of the whole machine,automatic matching of full load feeding and walking speed is realized,Prevent overload of machine,It is ensured that the machine can harvest the problem of unevenly distributed carding without too much power. A kind of single-cut stubble cutting was developed, transport, chopped, toss, a self-propelled card-type harvester for loading,Application of demonstration application and is in good condition.
