摘要
生猪屠宰检疫作为猪肉安全的重要防线,提升其检疫质量,确保猪肉品质安全可靠,不仅关乎到我国畜禽养殖业的发展,还关乎到人民群众的身体健康。文章从生猪屠宰场检疫中存在问题入手,提出提升生猪屠宰检疫质量的措施,促使检疫工作变得更加完善。
Pig slaughtering quarantine as an important line of defense of pork safety, improve its quarantine quality, ensure the quality of pork safe and reliable, not only related to the development of China's livestock and poultry industry, but also related to the people's health. Starting with the problems existing in the quarantine of pig farms, the paper puts forward some measures to improve the quarantine quality of pig slaughtering so as to make the quarantine work more perfect.
