以色列不同年龄段教师对学校领导能力的展望探究

摘要 本项研究旨在探索以色列不同教龄的教师对学校领导的预期。本项研究是在对早期职业阶段、中期职业阶段和晚期职业阶段教师进行采访的基础上,发现他们对领导队伍在道德情感、组织建设等方面要求的共同特点及细微差异。
