摘要
齿形链的长度精度是衡量链条使用寿命的一项重要指标。本文利用单一变量法,分析齿形链节距相对标准值的变化对齿形链紧边波动量显性指标的影响规律,通过齿形链的紧边波动量变化,指导齿形链节距公差和链长磨损伸长量的确定,以齿形链节距标准值为15.875mm为研究对象,通过仿真分析,满足一般工程需要。节距公差范围为15.860~16.030mm,通过噪声试验验证在这个范围内噪声平均值和波动幅值较小;节距大于16.030mm或小于15.860mm,噪声平均值明显增大,且噪声幅值波动较大,试验结果证明仿真分析的合理性。
The length accuracy of the silent chains is an important indicator to measure the service life of the chain. This paper uses a single variable method to analyze the law that how about the silent chain pitch standard value change should be relative to silent chain tension edge fluctuating quantity,through changing edge fluctuation of the silent chain,to determined silent chain distance tolerance and chain length elongation. This paper chance the silent chain pitch standard value of 15. 875 mm as the research object,through the simulation analysis to meet the general needs of the project,the pitch of the tolerance range is 15. 860 ~ 16. 030 mm,the noise test in this range the average noise value and the fluctuation amplitude is smaller,the pitch is greater than 16. 030 mm or less than 15. 860 mm,the average value of the noise increases obviously,and the noise amplitude fluctuations,the test results prove the rationality of simulation analysis.
