摘要
为了实现对高压真空断路器触头温度的远程实时监测,本文以STC12单片机为控制核心,通过对断路器主触头安装测温装置,经低衰减耐高温的光纤实现与控制回路的连接,完成光电信号的转换,并通过nRF905无线模块将信号传输到上位机,从而实现对触头温度实时监测和超温报警等功能。实践证明,该系统有力地保障了高压断路器安全稳定运行,具有较高的应用前景和市场价值。
In order to implement the remote monitoring temperature of high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker contact,the paper uses the STC12 MCU as a core to finish the following steps: Installing the temperature measurement of circuit breaker main contact,connecting the low attenuation of high temperature resistant fiber and control circuit to complete the photoelectric conversion,and the signal is transmitted to the host computer through the nRF905 wireless module. Thus it realizes the real-time monitoring the temperature of contacts and over temperature alarm,and the system guarantees the high voltage switch to operate safely and stably and it has high application prospect and market value.
